  • Service not Rendered: If the service you paid for has not been attempted or delivered within the agreed time frame and it is our fault. 

 

  • Service not Rendered in Full: If the client can demonstrate that the service offered was less than what was originally proposed.

 

  • Other Exceptional Cases: Refunds for any other reason will be made at our discretion and on a case by case.

 

The amount of refund you will receive, if at all, will depend on the situation and the amount of proof available.

 

  1. Cases That Are Non-Refundable

 

Certain services and situations do not allow for any refunds;

 

  • Completed Services: Funds are non-refundable in case the work is received and approved.

 

  • Change of Mind: If one changes their mind about discontinuing when the service has already been started, refund service is not provided.

 

  • Customized Solutions: Money that was invested in strategies, campaigns, and or consulting, all of which were tailored specifically for the customer, cannot be refunded.

 

  • Payments to third parties: Payments that have been made to third party platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads or hosting providers are outside our refund policy.

 

  1. Cancellation of Services

 

Chances are, some clients’ expectations might change over the course of the project. In case you want to cancel your service: 

 

  • Before Service Commences: A client can cancel an order at any time before any work has commenced, the client would thus get a full refund.

 

  • After Work Has Begun: If any such reasons occur for not finishing the project, even a partial one percent of the due amount can be reimbursed, depending upon the stage that the project remained upon.

 

  1. Refund Request Process

 

If the client would like to have their money back, these steps have to be followed:

 

  • Contact Us: Contact us via email at renu.singroha2002@gmail.com mentioning the subject “Refund Request” All requests must include:

 

  • Full name of the client
  • Which service purchased
  • Date when the payment was done
  • Why is it that the customer requests a refund

 

  • Caution: Allow up to 7 working days for your request to be subject to review, and a reply will be given to the customer.

 

  • Resolution: In the event a refund is allowed, the amount will appear on the original source of payment in a period between 10 to 15 working days.

 

  • Please observe the following: Refunds might be deducted of the transaction holdings or the charges for the already performed work.



  1. No Required Results Expected

 

Digital marketing, like many other disciplines, does not yield the same results. These results are subject to other external variables such as the state of the market, the level of competitors, changes in algorithms, among others. Nevertheless, we strive to render the best services, however, we do not provide assurance on specific results (for example: position, number of visitors to the website, email inquiries). There will be no reimbursement or refund due to results not achieved.

 

  1. Force Majeure

 

Due to causes that are not within our reach, like natural disasters, technical issues, huge global problems, etc., no reimbursement will be made for the complaints that are related to the time frame taken in rendering a service.
